What is Tesamorelin?
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH), used in research to study how growth hormone–related signaling is triggered and regulated.
It works by interacting with GHRH receptors, which act as an upstream signal that influences downstream hormone-related pathways, including IGF-1–associated signaling.
Because of this, Tesamorelin is commonly used in lab settings to explore how these pathways are activated, how signals are sustained over time, and how cells respond to these signaling patterns in controlled environments.
